Accommodations

The next West Coast Number Theory Conference will take place Dec. 16 to 20, 2019 at the Asilomar Conference Center in Pacific Grove, CA.

The conference rate at Asilomar is as follows. Please note all prices are per person, per night, and include breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Asilimar daily facility fee, and all taxes.

Note that in order to qualify for funding from West Coast Number Theory, you must stay at Asilomar as part of our conference room block.

Payment

Accommodations must be booked and paid directly through your chosen hotel, or though Asilomar. If you are staying outside the conference room block, please note that we must collect an additional $60 facility fee.

Sharing Rooms

If you are looking to stay on a budget, you are encouraged to find a roommate with whom you can share accommodations. If you need help finding a roommate, please contact the organizers, and we will try and put you in contact with another attendee.

Please not that if you are staying at Asilomar, funding is available to help defray some of your costs.
