To register for West Coast Number Theory, there are 3 steps:

  1. Fill out the electronic registration form
  2. Pay your registration fees.
  3. Book your accommodations.

Note that in order to qualify for funding to attend the 2019 meeting, you must stay at Asilomar as part of our conference room block. If you stay offsite, you are required to pay an additional Asilomar facility fee of $60.

Registration Form

We have a new registration process this year. Simply fill out an online registration form.

New for 2019:If you are planning on giving a talk in the 50th anniversary (historical) session, please make a note on your registration form.

Registration Fees

All fees are listed in US dollars. Once we have received your registration, we will send you a link (via email) that will allow you to pay the registration fees via Paypal. If you wish to make alternate payment arrangements (cheque, cash), please contact the organizers.

Early Bird Registration

Students / Postdocs / Retirees / Special Circumstances: $75
Other Attendees: $100
50th Anniversary Banquet: $50

Late Registration

Note: After Nov 1, 2019, registration prices will increase by $25.

Registration Assistance

Please note: At West Coast Number Theory, we do not want cost to be a barrier to attendance. If financial pressure is preventing you from attending the conference, we encourage you to apply for financial assistance.
