Registration

To register for WCNT 2025, there are three steps:

1. Fill out the electronic registration form: WCNT 2025 Registration.
2. Pay your registration fees (You will receive a PayPal invoice shortly after you complete Step 1. These are sent manually, so please be patient with us.)
3. Attend the first business meeting (December 14th) to confirm your talk title and slot.

REGISTRATION FEES

We have long offered a tiered model for registration fees, which helps ensure participants from all career stages can attend WCNT. Our tiered fee system allows you to select the program fee that best works for you. The selected tier will in no way impact your WCNT experience.

Ultimately, we want you to pick what seems best for you. We want to give you the flexibility to choose the registration fee that feels most fair to you, based on your participation and ability to pay. 

Choosing a Tier

When registering, we ask that you consider the following in determining the appropriate pricing tier:

• Think honestly and carefully about your personal situation to determine the registration fee that fits your individual needs and abilities. Please bear in mind that for us to offer a sliding-scale pricing model, we have to rely on those of you who can afford a higher pricing tier to actually do so. If you can make a higher-tier payment, know that your contribution will directly allow for the participation of someone else who may not otherwise be able to attend.
• We understand that income, funding access, and career stage are only a small part of determining affordability and that the cost of living, debt, supporting family members, and several other factors must also be taken into account.
• We can provide additional documentation to help you secure funding if your granting organization requires it.
• We understand that this kind of financial evaluation can be challenging and entirely subjective. We encourage you to reach out to us if there is anything we can do to help you determine the appropriate fee. Thank you for supporting our efforts to make this conference accessible to all who want to participate.

All fees are listed in  US dollars. Once we have received your registration, we will send you a link (via email) allowing you to pay the registration fees via credit card (PayPal). These emails are sent manually, so please be patient with us. Please contact the organizers if you wish to make alternate payment arrangements (check, cash).

EARLY AND LATE REGISTRATION

Register on or before November 25th and get Early Bird registration.

After November 25th, 2025, registration prices will increase by $53.

BANQUET

We’re excited to announce that this year’s banquet will be hosted at Passionfish restaurant on the evening of December 14. Tickets for this banquet are $89 (Kids 3-12 are $29). Yes, we’re finally doing Passion Fish for the banquet, our perennial favorite place to eat in Pacific Grove. If you have food restrictions, please indicate these on the registration form.

CHILDCARE

We are once again pleased to be able to offer childcare options for attendees who wish to participate in person but have little ones they need to take care of.

Childcare will be available at Asilomar for the full duration of the event: December 14 – December 18

A limited number of childcare spots are available (for a separate fee) for the duration of the conference. If you are interested in making use of childcare, please indicate this on your registration form, and we will be in contact with further details. Spots are limited. The deadline for indicating your interest is November 20, but the earlier you reach out, the earlier we can secure your spot.
